Patrick Umphries Licensed Home Inspector
NC LIC# 5039

As your home inspector I will do what it takes to ensure your new home is your Safe Haven. My dedication to you derives from my dedication to serve others, formally with the United States Army - Operation Iraqi Freedom. I will perform a detailed inspection, as if I was inspecting a home to ensure the safety of my own family - my wife and two little girls.

Prior to home inspecting, I have experience in general construction and an AOS degree in Building Trades. In addition, I am AHIT certified. This experience and training has qualified me to distinguish between major and minor problems with the property.

Upon hiring Safe Haven, it is my duty to provide you with a thorough report that I will strive to have in your hands within 48 hours of the inspection completion. I encourage you to be present during your inspection, as you’ll be able to see the condition of the home first-hand. After you receive the report, I am available to review or answer any questions you might have and I'll be able to explain everything to you as we move throughout the house

Taking the stress away from home buying and having you feel safe and confident in your purchase is our goal, and it is just a click away.
